Documento de los Hermanos Mayores a la IV Cumbre Indigena Abya Yala

Los hermanos mayores y ancianos reunidos velando por nuestros territorio sagrado Corazón del mundo, hemos tenido conocimiento de la IV cumbre continental de los pueblos y naciones indígenas de ABYA YALA.
En especial Puno, Perú:
De nuestra parte expresamos la contribución en el proceso de nuestra defensa y la permanencia de la cultura Tayrona y seguir velando por el equilibrio y la armonía de la madre tierra; sabemos que todos los hermanos indígenas llegado de diferentes organizaciones del continente presente son signos de permanencia en su lucha histórica por la defensa de la madre tierra Abya Yala y por el derecho colectivo e individuales , de igual modo nosotros como Hermanos Mayores de Umûnûkûnû sentimos la necesidad de unir el esfuerzo con ustedes y hacer llegar la gran preocupación de las palabras de Mamos Mayores por las graves situaciones que estamos atravesando en nuestro territorio sagrado Corazón del Mundo por las acciones institucionales del gobierno Colombiano, al interior del territorio ancestral Línea Negra, promovida a través de la política de la seguridad democrática, la militarización, masiva exploración turística, megaproyecto como represamiento del rió Guatapuri, los Besote, Ranchería y Puerto Dibulla “Yukulwa” y diferentes sitios de explotación de recursos naturales.
Toda esta manifestación de instituciones nos pone en critica situación a la cultura milenaria y la autonomía territorial, así ejerciendo saqueo a la madre tierra profanando los sitios sagrados, laguna y etc. De igual el normal desarrollo cultural, propio y divisiones internas y debilitamiento de la ley de origen por el cual les hacemos llegar esta preocupación a la IV Cumbre para que emita fuicio al estado Colombiano y nos ayude a divulgar a conocer en el mundo entero, y sea radicado en la Embajada de los Pueblos Indigenas Nahuacalli con la sede en EEUU Arizona liderado por el Yaotachcauh Tupac Enrique Acosta.
Agradecimiento de antemano sus atención nos despedimos con respaldo de nuestra firma a la delegación oficial para que nos represente en el ámbito nacional internacional en cuestiones indígenas al joven Asdrúbal Torres Torres -Arhuaco.

Document of the Elder Brothers to the IV Indigenous Summit Abya Yala

The Elder Brothers and ancients gathered to care for our sacred territories of the Heart of the Earth, we have come to know of the IV Continental Summit of the Indigenous Pueblos and Nations of Abya Yala.
In location of Puno, Perú:
From our part we express our contribution, the defense and permanence of the Tayrona Culture, and shall continue to protect the equilibrium and harmony of the Mother Earth; we know that all of the indigenous relatives that have arrived from different organizations of the continent present the sign of permanence in the historic fight for the defense of Mother Herat Abya Yala and for their collective and individual rights, and in the same way as we the Elder Brothers of Umûnûkûnû feel the necessity to unite efforts with you and bring forward the great preoccupation of the words of the Mamos related to the grave situation that is affecting our sacred ancestral territories of the Black Line, promoted by the politics of democratic security, militarization, massive tourist exploration, mega development projects such as the damming of the Guatapuri River -the Besote, Rancheria and Puerto Dibulla “Yulkulwa” and different sites of exploitation of natural resources.
All of these manifestations of institutions places in critical situation our millennial culture and territorial autonomy, allowing the blatant sacking of Mother Earth and profaning our sacred sites, lakes, etc. Also impacted is our traditional cultural development, causing internal divisions and weakening the Law of Origin for which reason we bring these issues to the IV Summit Abya Yala in order that there be issued an order of restraint to the government of Colombia, and that our situation be known to the entire World, with archive of our case to be maintained at the Nahuacalli, Embassy of Indigenous Peoples with office in Arizona, USA encharged to Yaotachcauh Tupac Enrique Acosta.
Expressing our gratitude beforehand for your attention we now close with the endorsement of our signatures of the official delegation that will represent us in the national and international arenas, namely our youth Asdrúbal Torres Torres - Arhuaco.
